Since merger downhill VERY RAPIDLY with zero customer experience.

As a long time customer I have moved on this year as they have got way too big since the merger and their corporate or local offices have ZERO customer contact in regards to complaints/questions. I had a problem last year that I wont go into detail about except to say this. I called in on 5 separate occasions and asked for a certain service and for a supervisor call back and was assured I would get one. I also emailed numerous times as well. Not once NOT ONE SINGLE TIME DID anyone call me back from the office to ask what my concerns were. I noticed a while back after the merger that customer satisfaction sadly appeared to have taken a back seat to profit. By this I mean either not enough local supervisors or the alternative is simply not caring. Never in all my 60 years have I ever been so completely ignored by a company I was paying good money to. I have already signed up with a new lawn care provider for 2019 and sadly after a long stint with Sctt's/True Green will never be back!!! Outside technicians quality people, management not so much!!!!!
