since 5 months am waiting my cancelled tickets refund

Nazeer Khan 4:20 PM (1 minute ago) to noreply sir, one of my ticket cancelled with ID number [protected] and PNR number- QDTFRM 30th of October 2018 till not refunded. kindly arrange as soon as possible early. and second one ticket cancelled with ID number [protected] PNR number-XF51XZ its 27th of October 2018 this also not refunded in my account. kindly arrange to refund both tickets fare after your charges thank you with nazeer khan.
