Since 45 days still no answer

i SUBMIT MY GALAXY A80 ON 27/6/20 TO BE Repaired UNTIL NOW 13-8-20 NOT YET. I WANT ONLY TO GET BACK MY PHONE. It's THE WORSE EXPERIENCE User's recommendation: NEVER TRY.
