I just bought the sims 4 online with my credit card. The payment was summited along with a picture of my license & I can not download the game ?! I do not understand why I can't find a customer service phone number...!!! & it says they are 24hrs. They have my card info an everything. So I'm not sure what to do. I want to download the game I BOUGHT.
