I placed two different orders for the Weasel Ball. The first order arrived and was defective. The second order was never received. I have had back and forth emails with this company and they continue to promise to resolve the issues to no avail. They continue to lie to me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY: CONSCIOUS PETS!!!
