Lithia in grants pass will not take appointments, once again, for oil changes. I just went last week, and I cringe every time I go with my lifetime oil changes, it took two hours. My husband has lifetime also on his ram and the manager told him it would take 3 1/2 hours for an oil change, he turned around and left. This is completely unacceptable to me to spend that amount of time there to just get a oil change. Please do something about this, maybe hire more people to do the job!
