simple name change

My husband died over a year ago. I have been paying the Cirro Bill. All I want is a simple name change to mine. My husband is dead. Just change the first name to mine. I have had no problems with the rest of my bills being changed. Cirro wants my drivers license. I am 75 years old, I don't lie just change the name. Please. It seems to me that not one person can do anything. What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you can't get it done give this to someone who can.
