On Wed 09-Jun-10 SIM automatically looses idea tower connection and I received “SIM Rejected” message. From my alternate prepaid IDEA connection +91 [protected], I called to customer care and they reciprocate by saying they can’t help it as everything is aright from their end and I have to go near by IDEA center personally. I visited to “Idea service center” at Adhchini New Delhi I received a new SIM @75 rupees on Thurs 10-Jun-10 and still today 12-Jun-10 my SIM is not active yet. I still bearing the loss of some important messages of my client and crucial phone numbers inside the SIM which IDEA center representatives did not able to recover it back I am still facing my personal and business loss due to non-availability of my number back. If possible then please make my [protected] number available ASAP.
