This is the second year I have been with Silver Script,my premium payment to them come out of my social security check.the first year was fine,then the same prescriptions I have been taking for two years and were reasonable,but then when I got that letter saying what you've paid and what they paid,it showed i paid nothing,i called and complained,as i had proof of what i paid.Then the form finally arrived in two weeks,but came from Care Mark,CVS.I took them into CVS as the letter said with my proof of what I had paid,they told me it had been over 10 days,of course it was,it took longer than that to get the forms.Now since I'm 76,and they say the cut off for my medications is 52,my medications are 10 times what I was paying.Seniors Beware.they will end up doing the same thing to you.And enjoy talking to someone overseas which you can't understand,it's the norm. User's recommendation: Beware i guarantee this will happen too you.
