Silkair not responding to my emails

I booked a flight from Cebu to London which transit point is Singapore, unfortunately on the day of my flight, Singapore is not receiving anymore transit passengers so I cannot ride the flight, I did not received any news from the airline regarding the restriction, I just knew it on the day of my flight when I was about to check in. I immediately called landline number of Cebu Office Silkair, they told me I can get a full refund for this ticket but I should email, she said. I also asked for a full refund for the ticket but it has been 2 weeks there was no reply yet from the Silkair, I have been emailing them but I didnt even receive any acknowledgement of my emails, I tried calling Cebu office 505**** but no one is answering. Please, I want to get my refund. please take a look at this concern. I understand you have been responding to a lot of emails because of the pandemic but its been 2 weeks and There is nobody keeping in touch with me regarding my concern, not even answering my calls.
