My 3 month "trial" ended 12/2018. I haven't used the program since then but learned today that I have been paying automatically. If the program is good why trick customers into paying for a service beyond the trial period? Because they are crooks! This months payment hadn't been taken out of the account yet but they charged me to use the lousy program anyway until 10/22/19. Calling customer service was a joke .
