Signed up for free 30 Day Trial but cannot assess any exercise videos videos

I signed up and registered my credit card for monthly billing assess and entitled to first 30 days free. I downloaded Body FX app on my android phone .. signed in with my registered account, yet shocked to discover that I could not assess any of the exercise videos. It says I have to first subscribe which I did. Then I found there was no way to seek help or contact someone for help on the app. Can someone from Body FX pls contact me to assist me urgently please? Am i missing something? Thank you. User's recommendation: Unless they resolve my problem quickly.. I will not recommend.
