I signed up for Tom Ferry coaching, I made a payment over 1700, this was the end of July 2018. The next payment would be in October. I received a call the next day from a gentleman who showed me how to use the site. He also told me that my Coach would be calling me in a day or two. I waited a week and no one called me. I tried to make an appointment over the internet to set up a time for someone to call me back. It was confirmed, but still no one called. I finally got fed up and called the receptionist and said "I confirmed an appointment with one of your staff members but I can't seem to get anybody". She told me because they saw I already signed up, they will not call me. I told her I want to cancel the membership. She transferred me to Rachel, I left a voicemail. Rachel called me back a few days later. I expressed my frustrations about no coach ever called me and I wanted to cancel. She informed me they had a summit meeting and she was sorry no one called me and would forward my complaint and someone would call me back. I waited for another week.. nothing, no call. I called my bank to see what they can do. I finally got an email on August 31, telling me that the coach tried calling me before the summit which is a complete lie. But said they will allow me to cancel without a refund. What makes you entitled to people's hard earned money when you rendered no service. Please Don't Sign Up no matter how good they make it sound. These people are trained to say the right thing to over come any and all of your / our objections. I am getting a lawyer to fight this company
