Signals has the WORST customer service in there history of customer service!

1

I placed my online order on December 3, expecting to receive these Christmas gifts before Christmas. But noooo! They arrived on December 28. Merry Christmas. I was assured by two Chat Specialists that my order was being "expedited." Never happened. Then, try getting through to their customer service number. It won't happen. As well, try e-mailing them. Never a response. Until I threatened to open a PayPal inquiry, because I had a missing item. Then I heard from Danelle who told me the missing item was actually delivered, according to their records. Luckily, I kept the note in the packing slip that said, "Sorry, that item is out of stock and couldn't be delivered, so we'll refund your account." So I emailed Signal's packing slip note to Danelle, who said, grudgingly, that they would credit my PayPal account. Which they did, several days later, but minus around $2 from the original charge I paid for the item. No problem, Signals, you obviously need that $2 more than I do. If you are trying to compete with Amazon or even eBay, you have no chance. The only thing that separates good online sellers from the also-rans like Signals is exceptional customer service. You don't have it, Signals. You should just sell whatever meager assets you have to a competent online seller and pack it in. You people are good bait and switch marketers, but you are the worst-ever in fulfillment. Whoever is running your front end has no customer care experience. Suffice it to say, I will stick with Amazon for anything I ever buy online. Signals got my $2 and the disappointment that came with my Dec 3 order not arriving until Dec 28. That's it for me, never ever again with Signals or any other online retailer, unless they're affiliated with Amazon. See, Signals has screwed it up for all the well-intending online retailers out there who are not affiliated with Amazon. Good work, Signals, you idiots. P.S. Please make sure this missive gets into the hands of the Signals CEO. I've been a CEO myself at a number of places in my time, and I'd want to know if my first line of entry needed work. I'm afraid Signals's is too screwed up now to ever recover. Fire the senior managers and get some people who know how to run an online retailer. ASAP, before your online business collapses.
