Original review updated by user Jul 25, 2021 I ORDERED A PRODUCT FROM SEARS.COM I WANTED TO CHECK THE STATIS OF MY ACCOUNT, BUT I WAS UNABLE TO LOG IN. THE MESSAGE STATED WE HAVE A CUSTOMER WITH THAT TELEPHONE NUMBER. SO HOW CAN I LOG IN? the number you emailed me for sears i not working. i can't believer things have gotten to this. i am asking for help and all i get is a disconnected number. THANKS
