Came here to this location a few several times. Every time has been a problem got here today was told that we have to wait 15 to 20 minutes because she was doing a shift change never in all my years of customer service have heard it takes 15 to 20 minutes to do a shift change. May I add it is now 7:00 PM so it's not a morning shift or anything like that other things have happened right where they forget my order. Long weights when I see associates outside on their phone smoking. Enough is enough
