Bought a Del paid cash Battery is defective The hard drives are also defective They only replace w the same battery POINTLESS .... Port is defective, drivers wont load, horrid customer service Refusal to give money back even w receipt. 7 mos old ..... still under warranty ....On phone from 9 am to 5 pm w a hurry up and wait for call after failed calls transfers and we'll get back to you when its convenient FOR THEM... I DONT SIT ON MY PHONE IM NOT A MILLENNIAL I HAVE A LIFE AND A JOB AND CANT ALWAYS HAVE MY PHONE ON ME HORRID CO HORRID Customer SERVICE CANT UNDERSTAND HALF OF THEM Not their fault, they get paid pennies on the American dollar (slave wages) and they do the best they can to communicate w heavy accents Horrid co horrid dont ever buy a Dell product Defective cheap terrible products .....
