Sick of being treated like dirt

EVERY time I engage with Shaw is a nightmare. I recently had 4 boxes for "self-connect" sent to my house before I got one that worked and spent hours and hours on the phone with the tech. I have been a customer for over 30 years and they just assume I will stay? Screw them. There is lots of competition now. User's recommendation: Don't talk to "Love" in PEI, they don't care.
