Shuttle Policy

I booked a room at the Denver airport La Quinta. I spoke to 2 of your front desk workers about needing an airport shuttle. I was told the airport shuttle runs every 30 mins just come to the front desk and they will call. The next morning when I went to the front desk I was informed you had to be on a list which I was never told about the night before. This cost me extra to buy transport to the airport on my own. I would like a refund for this stay because I could have booked much cheaper accommodations if I was paying my own way to the airport.
