Ordered early May and now nearly 6 weeks later I have received no product. I have also more recently placed a second order for a mini hair remover (facial) when I check my account it states I have no orders or credits. I would appreciate any help with this issue as I have also tried contacting Customer Services however when attempting to place voucher no I was unable too.
