I sent a complaint for action two weeks ago: The frozen Demi baguette package was 2 baguettes short (10% of supposed contents). All over the packaging it says 20 baguettes!!!. I had no response from Costco.Ca. So, in my view the Pissed Customer website itself is a fake outlet for customer frustrations and Costco obviously does not intend to act on complaints. So, Costco, you get an 'F'. User's recommendation: do not buy the '20 pack' of frozen Demi baguettes.
