My son passed away unexpectedly in April. I've been off of work since then, have only received two checks. There is no sense of urgency when helping customers, the lack of follow up, communication and feelings of getting the run around for benefits that I work and pay for is appalling. Thank God I don't have to depend on the lack of payments that are due to me. That's going to be a fat *** check when it's said and done with. User's recommendation: Companies may want to check other providers before choosing Cigna.
