How can this company be allowed to intercept phone calls? I would think this would be a criminal offense. I was calling my bank today and was hijacked by Shopper's Advantage. Apparently, they have done this at other companies as well. Not realizing, and thinking it was offered through my bank, I agreed to sign up for this service. After giving them my credit card number and other info, I had misgivings after being disconnected without reaching my bank. I then decided to check out this company on line and found many complaints about them. Not sure what my recourse will be now, but will definitely follow up with my bank.
