I ordered products in Shopee...whenever I select Ninjavan as the courier, the delivery status is always failed. They always input on their system Delivery Failed due to change of delivery date or Residential Address failure. For in the fact, we customers does NOT have any option to modify or edit the delivery dates in Shopee. Only their riders or company has the control on all of this! Why dont you shutdown your company.. if you cannot cater & accommodate your jobs anymore.. This is very inconvenient for all customers out there who have been waiting weeks for their products to arrive!
