Excuse me..what actually happen at Pos Laju Bandar Onn? 2 of my item had reach at there with caption "Direct delivery to Parcel Locker"...what is this mean?i have to pick it up by myself? Its already 3 days okay..no update date on my shopee ...What should i do..They can let this be like that..they should responsible ...I try to call but no answer.So what actuallh happen here.
