There is a size issue.....since last 1 month shopdirect people are not entertaining the complaint..i have send mails n called ennumber of times.....they are just not bothered to resolve the complaint.....always make a fool and executives are big idoits who don't even know to handle the customer complaints....they also disconnect the call in mid of the conversation.......without lisentining to the client's complaint......a big fake company shopdirect is....
