Goodday I'm very disappointed in a staff member at town center Mitchell's at cashcrusaders I phoned to ask if I can bring and equipment in because of my condition I just wanted to know if they take in a item I have because I can't come down then they tell me no they don't take .on of the staff named jamie while I was tawking she put the phoned down in my ear witch I think is unprofessional I phoned again thinking I'm going to speak to the maneger but I phned 10 times and no one picked up is this the 5 star service customers get . Please it's unexceptable
