...mechanical bed reported inop for the 3rd time on Monday, 10/07/19 ...same defective issue...delivered new on 03/06/18...final check by company representative on the bed repair on 10/25/19 disclosed one remote was inop and to be replaced...as of today, Friday, 11/15/19, no word from the company regarding the replacement and programming of the defective remote.
