Original review updated by user Jan 01, 2021 I am trying to reach someone about returning my son's shoes he received for Christmas as they are too small for him. They will not answer my messages. I have sent 3 messages now. I don't care if it is a refund or exchange for another size. Right now I would never suggest purchasing from them. User's recommendation: Don't plan on being able to make an exchange or return.
