I purchased shoes on December 3. I still have yet to receive them. I've left voice messages and several emails to only get no reply. I've tracked them and it looks like they made it out of China on the sixth. Attached is a picture of my order details. I hope this matter can get resolved ASAP. These are a Xmas gift to my girlfriend. That's in a week. Thanks, Sev
