I ordered a shoe from Lazada Singapore on 29 June 2019 and is yet not handed to logistics and the delivery date was in between 7 to 14 July and now I am contacting to the seller through Lazada chatting with seller service and he never replied and also the product is now removed from the Lazada application and I have already paid for the shoes in advance and Lazada has no customer care on call service and I am helpless now. I am not even sure that if I will get my product or refund either
