Noah is a joke! He will say anything to sell an rv. He sold us a brand new rv in January 2018, when picking it up we noticed their repair man working on the door. When asked what happened, we were told the door was caught by the wind and stripped the screws holding it in. We noticed an unusual wrap ( for lack of better words) around the awning, Noah said that's just a protective wrap for transporting protection, when we finally opened the awning, it was a huge tear, not protection at all. Which also looked as if it had tried to be repaired. We hooked up to the rv and started to raise the legs, which raise by electric, it would run for a minute and stop, making this process 45 minutes long. We immediately pointed out this problem. Noah said that being the weather ( probably only 10 degrees and snow everywhere) that the battery was weak. They brought out another battery only to have the same problem. My husband told them it had to be the really switch and they promised to come to our campsite and fix everything (new door, relay switch and some lights that weren't working). Needless to say the mobile service did come out twice but never fixed anything but a blow bulb or two. Now, 4 months later, our fireplace will not turn off, unless you turn it off by the circuit breaker, the awning still has a tear, the door has two open holes and a big scratch in the paint, the relay switch is the same, the refrigerator will only work off propane, and the converter is burned up (wasn't bolted down). Long story short....go somewhere else.....Noah is a joke!
