Took my 2015 Lexis RX350 to their Anna, Texas location for a simple oil change. Got a bill for $86.00, never bothered to ask if I wanted oil, a blend or synthetic, just went for the jugular. Said I would never go back again. Took it to Firestone in McKinney, Texas this time, showed me they put in the wrong filter, way too small. [censored], Cripes... can't anybody do anything right anymore? HATE THIS LOCATION- AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE.
