Everything started off well with Mike Nelson of Nelson Southern but ultimately, his work on the floor and grout b/w backsplash and granite did not turn out well. The grout on the floor is coming up and the grount on the backsplash is cracking. He came back once 6 months ago to fix it and now he will not return our calls. He has not called us back and we are within our one-year warranty. I believe he does not want to fix it as he has already gotten paid. I can't recommend him any further b/c his work was not up to the best quality and his follow through is poor. It's a shame too b/c we recommended him to a colleague and she hired him.
