I had a root canal done and a crown placed on my front tooth.The crown slipped off afer one week.I went back to the dentist to get it fixed .They put it through insurance and the insurance came back on me for the fix.It cost me about $ 1000 to get it done the first time.Then the insurance came after me for the repair.They were asking for another $1000 dollars.Monarch fixed that after I called.Three years later the crown starts slipping again and when I bit down on it it broke the tooth off from the root canal post.Since then I have been having constant pain.I talked to them about it and they said they would get back to me about this matter in two weeks after they contacted the dental association.I called them on Thursday and they hadnt heard back yet.They suggested that I have the tooth removed.If they remove the tooth they will have to replace it with an implant at their expense.a
