I purchased two electric bikes NCM Moscow Plus) to surprise my wife for Christmas. Online shopping can be difficult for products like bikes (particularly for Seniors) and it turned out her bike did not fit. Leons was not reasonable about switching for a suitable product and imposed penalties of $600 - over 30% of purchase price. May be a decent bike - but shoddy business practices. Run dont walk from these guys!
