Portlllos on Clark and Ontario in Chicago does not screen or train their teen employees properly. A number of them are rude, use offensive language on duty and mess up orders continually because they are distracted by other things or have attention, focusing problems. Their public posts on Facebook denigrate Portillos, as well. Portillos needs to hire teens who are respectful, mannerly and possess some minimum amount of ability to focus and do a simple job. There are many teens looking for part-time employment who are good candidates for this type of work. Portillos needs to screen and choose those candidates who will contribute in a positive way to their company rather than make the company look low class.
