Dear All I am Salma khalil from Egypt i am writing you this as i had the worse experience ever with my car peugot 301 (model year 2016) and peugot service in Egypt i usually do the service regularly and i had a very very high sound, i requested to check their feedback first that nothing wrong and after insisting Their feedback was that the shock absorbs has a manufacturing defect and my car was already in warranty so they told me ok to change it but they don't have this spare part right now and waiting from peugot france and once available they will tell me this feedback was 6 months ago !!! no progress till now and i followed up a lot with them at the begining the told me that the delay came from peugot france !! nail of this part is missing i continued following up but without any hope and they even stopped to answer me really worst experience ever!!! My car model 2016, , it is already new with very very bad performance !!! i cant imagine this from a big company like peugot i am seeking you support to speed up the issue, , i cant tolerate more !!!
