Update by user Oct 19, 2018 I told Shopify about the behavior of this company. On their website Districtalphashop tell that they are a member of Shopify. Shopify starten an investigation. Original review posted by user Oct 18, 2018 Hello everybody. Don't buy at this company. I ordered two shirts which never showed up. After 3 months and more than 20 emails the order has been cancelled and the money should be refunded. As you can guess the money didn't show up either. There is a woman called Mary and she is a shame for that company. That is if this company exists. She is advertising on facebook and as I have noticed many people have the same experience. Emails you send will not be answered most of the times. After four months Mary (or whatever her name is) sends a mail telling that the order has been lost during shipping. She cancels the order and promises the money will be refunded. Waiting again is the only thing you can do. After three weeks the money doesn't show up. After checking your bank you write an email again and Mary tells that your bank is to blame for that.
