Shipping questions

You got a customer service phone number where NOBODY ANSWERS!! I wrote you and got no answer either!!!!! Just want to know if you ship to Mexico, my cousin saw the results on me and she wants it!!! Hope to get an answer this time!! And how much it will be the shipping??
