Ordered living room couches and chair in November 2020. We were told "worst-case scenario" would be delivery in April 2021. I called mid-April 2021 and was told we should expect our furniture sometime in June 2021! We went in to the store to speak with the sales rep. and were told we'd start getting weekly updates so we know the furniture is coming. It's May 10th and haven't heard a thing. Super frustrated with the whole experience. User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere if you don't want to wait a year.
