They are the worst when regarding shipping and communication of out of stock items. I placed an order and after two weeks of no communication, I inquired about the status of my order. The reply was a template/general reply of "Your order is with the shipping dept, you will receive shipping confirmation in 24-48 hours". Three days pass and I inquire again to learn that an item is out of stock, this is now nearly 3 weeks after ordering! I assume that was a one time error, I was wrong.. The following order had an out of stock item, of which I emailed them and said if this is going to delay my order then ship it without. Long story short 2 weeks later no order and clearly "customer service" does not read customer emails. Since 4/23/20 to 5/21/20 still no items and I will never do business with them again. User's recommendation: Choose Another Company.
