Not sure if my order was good. When and if it will be prepared and shipped. Who knows when. I have purchased 3 bears recently but might not continue again. I dislike when you call a major company and no answer. No real customer service. I call it no service service. Only way is email. I call it no service. All I know is you charge my credit card right away. I realize there is a virus, but to me no excuse. I have not had issues with any other company. And I buy a lot.
