Shipped wrong product and wont refund

I ordered the full system and you shipped me an incorrect item. When I opened it, it was wrong and I called you for exchange. You said that since it was opened, it can not be returned. Is this a scam or a joke? I dont want the wrong item. You need to take it back at your cost and give me the correct item or refund my money. You have stopped responding to my calls and emails.
