shipped wrong item and no exchange!!

I ordered a pair of shoes a week ago. Received them yesterday and found they shipped the wrong item. I cannot find any phone number on their website, so I contacted customer service through e-mail. I was told they do not provide exchange. I have to print the label, return the wrong one to an ups location and replace new order. Apparently all the time I have spent on SHOES.COM was wasted for nothing!! And what's more disappointing is the shoes I want is no longer available!!! I did ask customer service and wanna they try to find my size. What they replied is go to their website and click ''notidy me if available" ... Not helping at all!!!
