I have ordered some wine from Vinesse and was pretty satisfied with my purchase. But then, about a month later I received a message stating they shipped me another order and that I was charged both for shipping and wine. I immediately called customer service, but no one ever picked up the phone and there is no way to cancel anything without calling! They did that without my permission, so I basically lost over $100!! Scam!
