SHIPMENT UNDELIVER

My package was arriving today. Same confirmation i received on text message. i received call from delivery boy he was saying only hello,hello, i can totally understand might be some network issue,but on next minute i received message that ur package is undelivered. he dont even try to call back me again, i was trying to reach him on same number but it was IVR, and i couldnt..
