I have always stored my Tri~glide with Big Moose, first few years were okay experiences but the last 3 years they've Service department has dropped the ball, but can't even remember what game they are playing, the first bad experience was when I took Bike in for an estimate after I had an accident, i picked up the bike and speakers were left loose no screws in them . The next bad experience was apon picking up after storing, i gave them 2 weeks notice ,Bike not ready ,no oil change, and they didn't install new grips in fact they lost the new grips on top of that I had to wait 3 hours for them to get their collective A$$e$ in gear. And the Next pickup from storage I had to wait 6 Hours for them to get my bike out to me, they are ready with numerous excuses just never any good ones!, Last Year they out did them selves with Covid I had what I thought started out as a better experience which turned South Quickly they rode my bike out within 10 minutes of my arrival at their location "what no wait!" As the Service Writer shuts off the bike, I start a walk around and there is a quater size chip in the paint and a crack in the fender, before I get to mentioning what I've found, the Service Writer asks me if I ordered touch up paint, "why" I told him the chip and crack damage was not there when I Dropped it off in December of 2019 and I needed to talk to the Manager, this guy and I had a difference of opinion on the course of repairs, he wanted to bondo and paint match my $40.000 motorcycle with a 6 inch crack in the fender, finally convinced him to replace it, touch up on the quarter size chip is okay with me, turned in Bike 3 months ago for repairs, and nothing has been done yet , except excuses excuses excuses. User's recommendation: No No No.
