Ordered boots and two and a half months later I received them. Boots were good quality. However, the problem was that I had contacted them about it 3 times trying to figure out when I would actually receive the boots I had ordered. Sheplers had only replied to one of the emails I had sent them regarding this. In the first email they replied saying that they were back ordered and would arrive by the end of the month. That didn't happen. So, I emailed them two more times. Not receiving a response either time as to when I'd receive my boots. People don't order boots when they don't need them and can wait two and a half months. The wait was totally ridiculous, and I would never recommend them to anyone if they wish to receive their items they have purchased through them in a timely manner.
