I have been on hold for over 15 minutes for the status of a past order. I called to inquire about the price I paid for a table and chairs for insurance reporting purposes. A rep by the name of Shauna (who answered the phone with an attitude) immediately placed me on hold for 15 minutes to check for the information. When she came back to the phone I asked her why I was on hold for so long and I told her it was unacceptable. I had just called two minutes prior and was assisted with the price of my couch and rug in a matter of minutes. Either her research skills are lacking or she placed me on hold to do nothing more than loath off. She told me she had to research it and that's what took her so long. However, she still did NOT have an answer to my question and proceeded to ask me more questions. I asked for a supervisor (Ms. Melita) and held for another 7 minutes. In total it took 24 minutes to find out the price of a table and 4 chairs when dealing with Shauna. Another employee was able to assist me in no time and should be commended. Shauna should be advised to NOT take breaks on the customers time. Totally unacceptable!
